This is a updating collection for my 3D artworks.

I mainly use Maya to model, rig and animate and use Photoshop to generate texture maps.

I am currently working on my thesis game project The Toymaker’s Bequest, and I have been designing/prototyping characters and objects that are inspired by automata toys.

For creating these assets, the constraints/guidelines are

  • low polycount (all models are around 30K triangles or less)
  • Rigid and non-realistic models to emphasising the feeling of made objects
  • Incorporate a certain mechanism (how to operate the object)
  • Texture (wood & medal)
